727 Appreciation Room & Parking Offer valid on 3-night stays when arriving Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday in any of the following three room categories, subject to availability: Deluxe King, Preferred King, or Preferred Corner. Offer expires Sunday, 09/28/25, checking out 10/01/25, and excludes arrivals on Wednesday through Saturday, inclusive.

• Primary Guest must have a mobile phone number with a 727 area code. Offer is based on single or double occupancy. 

Reservations booked through third-party travel services (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) are not eligible for this offer. 

Club King and Standard Full room categories are not included but may be booked at regular rates without inclusion of Hotel Parking Permit unless added at the time of the booking or upon arrival, subject to availability. 

Offer may not be combined with any other discounts. Additional adult fee applies to third adult staying in the same room. 

PARKING & PARKING PERMIT

Offer rate includes Hotel Parking Permit fee. In the absence of no vehicle, a refund will not be issued. Limit one (1) vehicle and Hotel Parking Permit per reserved Hotel room. 

DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS

Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. Other add-ons you may choose require full payment at the time of booking. 

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Modifications and cancellations are permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. Within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will forfeit all prepayments.
