BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Stays including a combination of weekend nights and weeknights will be presented as a flat average nightly rate, inclusive of the relevant nightly discount.
Rates for stays of 2 or more nights are off the regular rate presented on our website for single-night stays. Last date of arrival: September 28, 2026. Stays arriving beyond September 28, 2026, must be booked separately.

DEPOSIT & PREPAYMENT
Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. When parking is added, full payment for the parking permit will also be required at the time of booking. Other add-ons you may choose require full payment at the time of booking.
MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Modifiable and fully refundable if cancelled 8 or more days out from date of check-in/arrival. Cancellation within 7 days of check-in/arrival will result in forfeiture of prepayment.
PARKING
Limited on-site parking is not included but when available is offered as an optional add-on when booking a room reservation. A Hotel Parking Permit fee applies per night of your room reservation. On-site parking is reserved on a first-come/first-served basis and is always subject to availability. The Hotel's Parking Lot typically sells out of all nineteen (19) spaces on most Fridays, Saturdays, and during high profile special events. Permits are offered exclusively to Hotel Guests. Guests not staying at the Hotel may not park on-site. Permits are emailed for pre-printing prior to arrival and available for pick-up pre-printed at the Front Desk.
Off-site, street-side parking is offered by the City of St. Petersburg at no cost to anyone. Please pay close attention to all posted street signs and pavement markings which may limit days and/or times when parking is permitted, especially along Central Avenue in front of the Hotel where a 2-hour time limit exists between 8:00 AM Monday and 6:00 PM Friday. Outside of these times, there is no limit unless otherwise posted by the City.
EXCLUSIONS
Reservations booked through third-party travel services (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) are not eligible for this offer. Standard King Second Floor, Deluxe King Third Floor, and Double Room categories are not included in this offer but may be available at their respective prevailing rates.
