For everyone's safety, glass drinking vessels are not permitted on the pool deck. Personal drink cups/bottles, outside beverages, and food are NOT PERMITTED in The WET SPOT, COCKtail, or The Ball.

Join us for a light continental breakfast and coffee in our Hotel Lobby on the second floor, 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM daily, on the second floor. The WET SPOT hosts Drag Bitchin' Brunch beginning at 11:30 AM on the second Sunday of each month – no reservations required.

Upon confirming a room reservation, within minutes, you should expect to receive a text or email (provided we receive a valid mobile number and / or email address) offering you a secure link to check-in online before you arrive, saving time when you get here so the fun can begin almost immediately!

On the evening before your room reservation's scheduled departure date, you will receive an invitation with another secure link to quickly checkout online.

Please visit our Hotel Lobby on the second floor where as you pass the Front Desk to the right toward rooms 214-229, the ice machine is located immediately on your right as you pass through the green fire doors (essentially, behind the gold heart on the wall by our table and chairs).

All of our businesses accept cash in US currency, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

A valid Mari Jean Hotel Parking Permit available from our Front Desk must be displayed in the driver’s side windshield and expires at 12:00 PM noon on the day you checkout. To check availability, please text our Hotel or call us directly between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET at +1 (727) 289-1298. When calling after hours, please leave a message and we'll return your call.

Street-side parking is complimentary and is not metered by the City on 24th Street or 1st Avenues North and South. All parking is limited and subject to availability. Parking on Central Avenue in front of the hotel is time-limited by the City for up to 2 hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. 

With your room key and photo ID/driver’s license, complimentary pool towels are available for Hotel Guests, at our Front Desk on the second floor. Exchange your license for a pool towel at the Front Desk and receive your license when you return the towel to our Front Desk. Our pool is open daily for Hotel Guests from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM for swimming (hours and access may vary during special events). Ground floor, turn right out of the elevator.

For your convenience, especially when getting your steps in for the day, the rainbow staircase beginning at our Hotel's front doors on the ground floor is your connection with the second floor where our Hotel Lobby is located and, if you're staying on the top floor, with our Hotel's third floor. 

Access to each floor requires your Guest room key. From the second floor, the staircase is located to the left of the Front Desk in our Hotel Lobby. From the third floor, the staircase is located nearest to room 300, to right of the elevator landing.

The staircase near the ice machine on the second floor and to the left of the third floor elevator landing is for EMERGENCY USE ONLY. The alarm system will be activated when entering the staircase to exit the building.

• Antiques, Boutiques, and More: Central Avenue is home to many privately owned shops offering a wide selection of merchandise, products, and services.
• Nearest Convenience Store: Located at the corner of Central Avenue and 22nd Street (turn left as you exit the building and walk to the opposite corner at 22nd Street)
• The Back Room by ZaZoo'd: Our very own, in-house place to find men's apparel from brands like Andrew Christian, Addicted, ES, CB13 and more; novelty toys; and more! Located on the ground floor; turn right out of the elevator.
• Walmart / Pharmacy: approximately 1 mile west of the Mari Jean Hotel (turn right as you exit the hotel) and at 34th Street, turn right and Walmart is just past the corner of 34th Street North and 1st Avenue North.

The PSTA Sunrunner makes stops between downtown St Petersburg and the Beaches along 1st Avenues North and South. Nearest westbound stop (beaches), 22nd Street North. Nearest eastbound stop (Downtown, The Pier), 22nd Street South. Daily service every 15 minutes, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM; every 30 minutes, 8:00 PM-Midnight. The Central Avenue Trolley offers a streamlined, convenient, one-seat ride between the St. Pete Pier and Grand Central Station, neatly complementing the SunRunner service in Pinellas County's most-travelled corridor with 20-minute frequency. Nearest westbound stop (beaches), 24th Street on the same side of Central Avenue as our Hotel. Nearest eastbound stop (Downtown, The Pier), 22nd Street South on the opposite side of Central Avenue. The Central Avenue Trolley is a free service thanks to the PSTA partnership with the City of St. Petersburg.
