The Spooky Season Room Offer is valid any night when reserving a Superior room arriving between 09/13/26 and 10/31/26, subject to availability. Only 13 rooms per night have been set aside for this special offer. Once all 13 have been confirmed for any date during the offer period, our Superior room category will be offered at its regular rate, if any rooms in this category remain.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Advance booking of at least 2 days prior to arrival required. Other room categories may be offered at other rates. Our Superior category may be offered at regular rate when all 13 set aside for this offer have been confirmed by others.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT

Reservation must be paid in full at time of booking. 

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION   

Modifiable and fully refundable if cancelled 6 or more days out from date of check-in/arrival. Cancellation within 5 days of check-in/arrival will result in forfeiture of prepayment. For modifications within 5 days of arrival date, please contact our Hotel's Front Desk directly. Refer to your confirmation email for contact information.

PARKING 

Limited on-site parking is not included but, if available, is offered as an optional add-on when booking a room reservation. A Hotel Parking Permit fee applies per night of your room reservation, displayed as an add-on option when available. On-site parking is reserved on a first-come/first-served basis and is always subject to availability. 

Off-site, street-side parking is offered by the City of St. Petersburg at no cost to anyone. Please pay close attention to all posted street signs and pavement markings which may limit days and/or times when parking is permitted, especially along Central Avenue in front of the Hotel where a 2-hour time limit exists between 8:00 AM Monday and 6:00 PM Friday. Outside of these times, there is no limit unless otherwise posted by the City.

EXCLUSIONS

Reservations booked through third-party travel services (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) are not eligible for this offer. Standard King Second Floor and Deluxe Room categories are not included in this offer. 

The Mari Jean Hotel makes no claims that Guests will encounter paranormal activity during their stay, but Guests will be offered the opportunity to purchase a book in which our Hotel is featured as one of the more haunted locations in Pinellas County.

PREAUTHORIZATION

A preauthorization hold for $150 USD will be placed on the card on the scheduled arrival date, serving to guarantee payment for incidental charges and as a security deposit. A limited number of late checkouts will be offered at the time a room reservation is confirmed. Early check-in is subject to availability on arrival date and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Complimentary luggage storage is available at our Front Desk. Online check-in will be offered through a secure link. To minimize wait times upon arrival, online check-in is strongly recommended for each Guest.
