Offer valid 06/15/2025 - 09/30/25, excluding 06/26/25, on 1-night stays when booking a Preferred King Room and adding a 1¢ Hotel Parking Permit at the time of booking, subject to availability. The number of rooms and parking permits available is limited. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice and are note guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed. 

Your Hotel Parking Permit will be emailed separately from your booking confirmation.

Remember to add the 1¢ Hotel Parking Permit to your booking. If booking on a mobile device, this may be below the room rate details. When booking on a desktop or tablet, this will be on the left side of the screen.

Same-day reservations are welcome but unless you can print your Hotel Parking Permit before leaving for the Mari Jean Hotel, please park street-side until you pick up your Permit from the Front Desk located on the Hotel's second floor. Vehicles without visibly displayed Permits are at risk of towing by Skyway Towing & Recovery... and it costs much more than 1¢ to recover an impounded vehicle. 

DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS

Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Modifications and cancellations are permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will forfeit all prepayments.
