MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

Modifiable and fully refundable if cancelled 6 or more days out from date of check-in/arrival. Cancellation within 5 days of check-in/arrival will result in forfeiture of prepayment. For modifications within 5 days of arrival date, please contact our Hotel's Front Desk directly. Refer to your confirmation email for contact information. 

EXCLUSIONS

Special events and holidays may be blocked out. Reservations booked through third-party travel services (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) are not eligible for this offer. 

PARKING

Limited on-site parking is not included but, if available, is offered as an optional add-on when booking a room reservation. A Hotel Parking Permit fee applies, per night of your room reservation. On-site parking is reserved on a first-come/first-served basis and is always subject to availability. The Hotel's Parking Lot typically sells out of all eighteen (18) spaces on Fridays, Saturdays, and during high profile special events. Permits are offered exclusively to Hotel Guests. 

When parking on-site, your vehicle's license plate number will be required before you arrive (if you have it) or upon arrival (if you will be driving a rental).

Off-site, street-side parking is offered by the City of St. Petersburg at no cost to anyone. Please pay close attention to all posted street signs and pavement markings which may limit days and/or times when parking is permitted, especially along Central Avenue in front of the Hotel where a 2-hour time limit exists between 8:00 AM Monday and 6:00 PM Friday. Outside of these times, there is no limit unless otherwise posted by the City.

PREAUTHORIZATION

A preauthorization hold for $150 USD will be placed on the card on the scheduled arrival date, serving to guarantee payment for incidental charges and as a security deposit. A limited number of late checkouts will be offered at the time a room reservation is confirmed. Early check-in is subject to availability on arrival date and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Complimentary luggage storage is available at our Front Desk. All Guests are encouraged to complete their check-in before arriving through the secure link that will be sent by text minutes after confirming a reservation.
