IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the following details about booking your getaway package:

Advance reservations of at least 7 days before arrival are required.
This offer may be booked within the booking window of May 10, 2025, through and including September 24, 2025, subject to availability.
This offer is limited to packages booked for travel dates arriving Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, May 18, 2025, through and including October 1, 2025 (excluding June 26, 2025), subject to availability.
This offer is limited to 2-night stays.
Additional room nights may be booked separately, subject to availability. To maximize the chance of staying in the same room, your other room only reservation(s) must be booked in our Preferred King Room category. If not available, a room change may be required. In a new browser tab, check availability and rates for extra nights before or after your getaway package at MariJeanHotel.com.
Rates start at $475 plus tax based on single or double occupancy ($237.50 average nightly rate). An additional adult fee of $30 (plus tax) per night applies to a third adult staying in the same room.
An automatic poolside VIP Cabana booking for the second day of your 3-day/2-night stay will be created. In the event of rain on the day of your VIP Cabana reservation, please speak with the manager of The WET SPOT. A refund will not be issued in the event of inclement weather or a decision to opt-out of the VIP Cabana reservation.
When checking in for your VIP Cabana, valid photo ID and a credit/debit card will be required as a tab will be opened in your name. A $50 credit will be applied to this tab, offsetting your food & beverage charges. At the close of your tab, your Bartender will add applicable tax and a 25% service fee to your tab. Any balance exceeding $50 will be applied to your card on file. A refund will not be issued if your tab does not reach $50.
Your Hotel Parking Permit will be emailed to you to enable you to print it prior to traveling and to place it on your dashboard before leaving your vehicle unattended in the parking lot upon arrival. Without a visibly displayed Hotel Parking Permit, your vehicle is at risk of being towed by Skyway Towing & Recovery.
If you do not drive or have a vehicle to park in the on-site parking lot, the Hotel Parking Permit will be void and hold no value.

This offer may not be combined with any other offer or existing reservation. A very limited number of rooms have been set aside for this offer.

Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Modifications & Cancellations: Reservations may be modified at no cost or cancelled with a full refund more than seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellation within seven (7) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your prepayment.
After Booking: Upon confirmation of your package, you will initially receive two emails, one confirming your booking and the other will be your payment receipt. You will also receive a text invitation to check-in online. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible to take this off your pre-arrival planning to-do list.
Within days, you will receive another email confirming your poolside VIP Cabana reservation for the second day of your stay, including details about checking in at The WET SPOT. Due to the limited number of VIP Cabanas, the reservation for yours is limited to the second day of your stay.
