2025 Autumn Leaves Room Offer valid on stays of 2 nights or longer when booking at least two (2) days in advance of arrival in any of the following four (4) room categories, subject to availability: Deluxe King, Preferred King, Preferred King Plus, or Preferred Corner.   

Offer valid 10/01/25, through 12/21/25 (last day of stay / checkout), excluding 10/24-10/25/25 and 10/31-11/01/25. Stays beyond 12/21/25, must be booked separately.   

Discount of 20% is based on single or double occupancy, and the regular rate presented on our website for single-night stays. Stays that include a combination of weekend nights and week nights will be presented as a flat average nightly rate, inclusive of the 20% discount. Additional adult fee applies to third adult staying in the same room.  

Offer is valid exclusively when booked on MariJeanHotel.com. Reservations booked through third-party travel services (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc.) are not eligible for the 20% savings. Club King and Standard Full room categories are not included.   

Offer may not be combined with any other discounts.   

PARKING & OTHER ADD-ONS 

Parking is not included but may be added when booking a room reservation, subject to availability. Additional terms & conditions apply and will be presented prior to confirming your reservation.   

DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS 

Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. When parking is added, full payment for the parking permit will also be required at the time of booking. Other add-ons you may choose require full payment at the time of booking.   

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS 

Modifications and cancellations are permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will forfeit all prepayments.
