On-site parking is limited and requires a permit, reservable when booking your room, subject to availability. We will email you a Hotel Parking Permit to display on your dashboard when you arrive before leaving your vehicle unattended in the parking lot. No permit? No lot. Trust us when we tell you the tow operator likes it rough. Off-site parking remains available street-side at no cost.

Poolside VIP Cabanas and early check-in times may also be added when booking your room reservation, subject to availability. Additional fees apply.

Some or all dates may sell out. All other room categories are not included but may be offered at their regular rate. Discount of 15% is taken off our regular rates. Late checkout at 1:00 PM (valued at $50) automatically added during booking process - do not click the option to add this. Rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional adult fee applies to third adult staying in the same room. Offer may not be combined with any other discounts and may not be applied to reservations booked through third party online travel agencies.

Ladies registered as Guests at the Mari Jean Hotel pay no cover charge to attend... just pick up your wristband at the Front Desk when you check-in.

PARKING & OTHER ADD-ONS

Weekend parking in St. Petersburg can be challenging at best. Parking is not included but may be added when booking a room reservation, subject to availability. Additional terms & conditions apply and will be presented prior to confirming your reservation. Alternatively, street-side parking is offered by the City of St. Petersburg at no cost.

Poolside VIP Cabanas and early check-ins may also be added when booking your room reservation, subject to availability. Additional fees apply.

DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS

Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. When parking is added, full payment for the parking permit will also be required at the time of booking. Other add-ons you may choose (e.g., early check-in, poolside VIP Cabana, etc.) require full payment at the time of booking.

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Modifications and cancellations are permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will forfeit all prepayments.

ONLINE CHECK-IN

Soon after confirming your room reservation, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message.

A secure link will be included with the text message enabling you to complete your check-in and remove this from your to-do list.

It's safe; it's fast; and all you need is your valid photo ID and the card you wish to apply to your room account for incidentals.
