Bookable 0-1 day in advance, subject to availability, our Standard King Room category located directly above our nightclub, COCKtail. Length of stay has a minimum of 1 night and maximum of 3 nights.

PLEASE NOTE: Music will be heard and bass will be felt until 3:00 AM daily. When you want to be part of the party or have a safe place to stay after the party ends, consider booking this room category. We will even include a 1:00 PM late checkout for you!

If available, you can also add an on-site parking reservation for which we will email you a Hotel Parking Permit to display on your dashboard when you arrive. Poolside VIP Cabanas and early check-in times may also be added when booking your room reservation, subject to availability. Additional fees apply.

THE FINE PRINT

Last-minute Flash Sale offers are valid when booking a stay of at least one (1) night 0-1 day in advance of arrival, subject to availability in a Standard King Room, up to a maximum of three (3) nights. Offer valid now through December 30, 2026 (last arrival day), excluding 06/24/26-06/27/26. Offer is entirely dependent upon availability of Standard King Rooms each day.

Discount based on single or double occupancy, and the regular rate presented on our website for single-night stays. Stays that include a combination of weekend nights and week nights will be presented as a flat average nightly rate, inclusive of the discount. All other room categories are not included but may be offered at their regular rate. Offer may not be combined with any other discounts and may not be applied to reservations booked through third party online travel agencies. Additional adult fee applies to third adult staying in the same room.

PARKING & OTHER ADD-ONS

Parking is not included but may be added when booking a room reservation, subject to availability. Additional terms & conditions apply and will be presented prior to confirming your reservation. Poolside VIP Cabanas and early check-ins may also be added when booking your room reservation, subject to availability. Additional fees apply.

DEPOSITS & PREPAYMENTS

Reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. When parking is added, full payment for the parking permit will also be required at the time of booking. Other add-ons you may choose (e.g., early check-in, poolside VIP Cabana, etc.) require full payment at the time of booking.

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Modifications and cancellations are permitted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will forfeit all prepayments. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance are fully refundable.

ONLINE CHECK-IN

Soon after confirming your room reservation, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message.

A secure link will be included with the text message enabling you to complete your check-in and remove this from your to-do list.
