GENERAL PROPERTY RULES

Welcome to the Pour Behavior LLC Property Rules for the Mari Jean Hotel and its parking lot, COCKtail, The WET SPOT Pool Bar & Day Club, and The Ball. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our Guests and Staff members, please respect the following rules: 

• All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks. Management reserves the right not to allow any bag, parcel, or other item and to deal with any unattended object, bag, or luggage in such a way as Management considers appropriate. 
• Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind are prohibited. 
• Smoking and vaping of tobacco products is permitted outdoors in designated locations only. The sale, purchase, and use of unprescribed narcotics and all forms of marijuana are prohibited on-property, including medical marijuana (Florida Statutes 381.986 (15)(d)). Violation will result in the automatic charging to the Guest’s room account a minimum $250 cleaning fee with no questions asked. 
• Clothing is required in all public spaces throughout the property. Swimwear appropriate for a public beach or park is considered the minimum requirement. Thongs and Speedo-style swimwear are permitted. St. Petersburg City Ordinance prohibits nudity in a public place (Chapter 20, article 5, division 1, section 20-118; Code 1973, § 20-61; Code 1992, § 20-118) and the same applies indoors, excluding the Hotel’s Guest rooms.
• Management reserves the right to charge for any object taken when checking out of a Hotel Guest room, excluding bar soap, make-up remover wipes, and body lotion. All other amenities are for exclusive use during the length of the confirmed reservation.
• In the event any damage or disrespect is inflicted by a Guest on a Staff member, Guest room, or public setting in the Hotel or its ground floor venues and parking lot (not excluding damage to furnishings, fixtures, and decor; willfully soiling bed and/or bath linen with cosmetics and/or bodily waste) the Hotel will automatically charge a fee of at least $250 to the Guest’s room account to safely restore the space and / or replace damaged objects for future Guests to enjoy and to offset the cost of additional labor, compromising the safety of Staff members, and/or revenue lost during the restoration / replacement period. For Guests of the Hotel and visitors to the Property, these actions individually or collectively can result in eviction, banning from future visits, and trespassing from the Property.
• The purchase of VIP Experiences are non-refundable. 

These rules are subject to change at any time without notice.

Prohibited Items

• Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind.
• Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace).
• Marijuana (including marijuana enriched products) or any illegal substance.
• Objects or toys that appear to be firearms or weapons.
• Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects, smoke machines or fog machines.
• Beverage containers unless used exclusively in a Hotel Guest room.
• Glassware on the pool deck.
• Horns, whistles, large megaphones or artificial noise makers.
• Recreational devices such as drones, remote-control toys, skateboards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels. 
• Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered and/or unoccupied. Training wheels and/or modifications are not permitted. Devices must be manually or electrically powered and operated at a walking pace. Devices should be single rider and not exceed 36" (92 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length.
• Suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels may only be used in a Hotel Guest room and are not permitted to be used in any of the Property’s ground floor venues, indoors or outdoors. 

Management reserves the right to prohibit the use or storage of any other item not listed above that Management determines may be harmful or disruptive, in our sole and absolute discretion. 

Prohibited Activities 

• The sale of goods or services, or the display of goods or services, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the Property or any part thereof.
• Unauthorized access or entry into non-Guest areas or areas designated only for Staff members.
• Unauthorized events, speeches, or use of any flag, banner, sign or other material for commercial purposes, or as part of a demonstration.
• Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity, for unapproved commercial purposes.
• Unauthorized solicitations of any kind, whether commercial, religious, educational or otherwise, or conducting any unauthorized commercial activities, including solicitations of money or other contributions or donations.
• Obstructing sidewalks, entrances, driveways, patios, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls or landings.
• Hanging any clothing, towels, bedding or other similar items from the windows of any Hotel Guests room or from fire suppression sprinklers and water supply lines. 

Guest Courtesy and Attire Policies 

• Clothing is required in all public spaces throughout the property. Swimwear appropriate for a public beach or park is considered the minimum requirement. St. Petersburg City Ordinance prohibits nudity in a public place (Chapter 20, article 5, division 1, section 20-118; Code 1973, § 20-61; Code 1992, § 20-118) and the same applies indoors, excluding the Hotel’s Guest rooms. Management reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that Management determines may be harmful or disruptive, in our sole and absolute discretion.
• Please show common courtesy to fellow Guests and our Staff members by not engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior, saving sun loungers for others. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.
• Guests using the Hotel’s pool must also adhere to the rules posted and applicable at this facility.
• Quiet hours at the Mari Jean Hotel are from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Guests must vacate their Hotel Guest rooms at the end of their stay, on the date, and time set forth in their reservation confirmation. 

Company Rights

• The Mari Jean Hotel, COCKtail, The WET SPOT Pool Bar & Day Club, and The Ball and its designated roadways, walkways, and parking areas, is private property.
• We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Property, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
• We reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a person already admitted to leave the Property or any part thereof, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion.
• We may from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, change the operating hours of any facility, close the Mari Jean Hotel or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend or cancel any entertainment program if we consider that the circumstances so require.
• We reserve the right to enter any room at the Mari Jean Hotel for maintenance, safety, security, or any other purpose, even if the Room Occupied sign is displayed on the room door.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage of belongings or property, consistent with applicable law.
